摘要
为减少汽车维修钣喷中空气污染,科学客观地评价空气质量的优劣,保护生态环境和可持续发展,针对钣喷工序,对其密闭作业空间、排放口及设备周边进行环境空气质量布设监测,以监测点不同评价时段的污染物浓度限值数据为依据,设计了多种基本项目空气质量评价和其他项目的评价指标,在综合分析现行的国家标准、行业标准和企业标准的基础上,制定了钣喷空气质量评价标准《钣喷空气质量自动监测技术规范》,现已完成立项。该标准能够指导钣喷空气质量评价工作高效规范开展,为实现绿色涂装技术,走循环经济之路,提高汽车维修涂装行业环境空气质量评价提供参考。
In order to reduce air pollution in the process of automobile maintenance,scientifically and objectively evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of sheet spraying air quality in automobile maintenance market,and protect the ecological environment and sustainable development,this paper sets monitoring equipment in the sheet spray process,the confined space,outfalls and around,to monitor the pollutant concentration limit during different evaluation periods.Based on the monitoring data and the comprehensive analysis of current national standard,sectoral standard and enterprise standard,the air quality evaluation standard for sheet spray was drafted.The standard can guide the efficient and standardized development of the air quality evaluation of sheet spraying,and provide reference for realizing green coating technology,boosting circular economy,and improving the environmental air quality evaluation of the automobile mainte nance coating industry.
