内蒙古燕麦高质量标准体系关键标准比对分析

Comparative Analysis of Key Standards for Oat Quality Standards System in Inner Mongolia

燕麦是高寒作物之一,适应性强,能自播繁衍,耐寒、耐旱、喜欢光照。内蒙古为中温带季风气候,能较好地满足燕麦的生长。内蒙古是我国燕麦的最大生产基地,燕麦是该地区主要粮食作物之一。随着生活水平的提升,人们对燕麦等农产品质量安全的把控越来越重视。本文从内蒙古自治区燕麦产业标准化制定现状及产地环境优势出发,通过与国际标准、国家标准、行业标准的比对结果分析,探索出该标准实际制定水平,从而促进内蒙古燕麦高质量发展。

Oat is one of the alpine crops with the characteristics of strong adaptability,self sowing and reproduction.It is resistant to cold,drought and light.Inner Mongolia has a mid temperate monsoon climate,which can better meet the needs of the growth of oats.Inner Mongolia is the largest production base of oats in China,and oats are one of the main food crops in this area.With the improvement of living standard,more and more attention is paid to the quality and safety control of agricultural products such as oats.Starting from the current situation of the standardization of the oat industry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the advantages of producing area environment,this paper explore s the actual level of the standard through the analysis and comparison with international standards,national standards and industrial standards,so as to promote the high-quality development of oats in Inner Mongolia.
