摘要 本文主要研究组合电器制造业如何建立可靠性管理体系。在质量管理体系的基础上,采用过程方法和PDCA管理模式,通过对顾客可靠性要求的识别,可靠性要求的传递,可靠性设计规范的建立,可靠性目标指标的制定,可靠性指标监视测量和反馈,可靠性性能验证和可靠性性能改进提升等活动,实现产品全寿命周期的可靠性管理。以此证实产品在使用或运行过程中满足客户可靠性方面的要求,最终到达增强顾客满意的目的。 This paper focuses on how to establish a reliability management system for the composite apparatus manufacturing industry.Based on the quality management system,we adopt the process method and PDCA management mode to realize the reliability management of the product life cycle by identifying the reliability requirements of customers,transmitting the reliability requirements,establishing the reliability design specification,setting the reliability target index,monitoring and measuring the reliability index and collecting feedback,verifying the reliability performance and improving the reliability performance.In this way,we can confirm that the product meets the reliability requirements of customers during use or operation,and ultimately achieves the purpose of enhancing customer satisfaction.
