The factors of influencing the quality of PVC resins were analyzed, including dispersant dosage, apparent density, number of impurity particles, initiator type and dosage, polymerization degree, and the perfection degree of processing equipment. It was regarded that the quality of PVC resins could be improved by the quality control of raw materials, the scientific calculation of the total amount of additives, the control of production process, and the enhancement in the maintenance of process equipment.
