摘要
从脱气塔脱氧效果差、氮气氧含量高以及汽提塔氧含量高等方面分析了聚合回收系统中氧含量偏高的原因。聚合回收系统中的高氧含量导致了PVC树脂质量差,生产能力和经济效益下降,聚合釜的安全性能降低。经过一系列改造,聚合回收系统的氧含量得到了有效控制,回收系统的自聚降低,聚合回收率提高,聚合釜操作周期延长,生产能力和经济效益提高,消除了安全环保事故。
The reasons of high oxygen content in polymerization recovery system were analyzed from the aspects of poor deoxidation effect of degassing tower, high oxygen content of nitrogen and high oxygen content of stripper. The high oxygen content in the polymerization recovery system leaded to the poor quality of PVC resin, the decline of production capacity and economic benefits, and reduced safety performance of the polymerization kettle. After a series of transformation, the oxygen content of the polymerization recovery system was effectively controlled, the self polymerization occurred in the recovery system was reduced, the polymerization recovery rate was increased, the operation cycle of the polymerization kettle was prolonged, the production capacity and economic benefits were improved, and the safety and environmental protection accidents were eliminated.
