摘要
利用自制具有强烈紫外吸收的改性纳米TiO_(2)粒子,对水性羟丙二级分散体进行共混改性,搭配氨基树脂制成高温烘烤涂料。研究了改性纳米TiO_(2)粒子对涂层性能尤其是耐老化行为的影响规律。研究结果表明:二氧化硅包膜改性的纳米TiO_(2)粒子能有效提高材料的紫外吸收性能;当改性纳米TiO_(2)粒子在涂料中占比为0.4%时,涂层具有优异的硬度、附着力、柔韧性等机械性能;改性纳米TiO_(2)粒子可明显提高涂层耐老化性能。
The self-made modified nano-TiO_(2) particle with strong ultraviolet absorption was used to blend with and modify the waterborne hydroxyacrylic secondary dispersion,and high-temperature baking coating was then prepared with amino resin. The effects of modified nano-TiO_(2) particle on the coating properties,especially the aging resistance behavior were studied. The research results showed that the nano-TiO_(2) particle modified by silica film could effectively improve the ultraviolet absorption performance of the material. When the proportion of modified nano-TiO_(2) particle in the coating was 0.4%,the coating had excellent mechanical properties such as hardness,adhesion and flexibility. Modified nano-TiO_(2) particle could significantly improve the aging resistance of the coating.
