摘要
铬是动物体内必需微量矿物元素之一,与其他矿物元素共同对人和动物体内碳水化合物、脂类和蛋白质等代谢起着重要的作用。因其在生产和肉质改善上有显著的效果,关于铬制剂对动物生长性能和肉品质影响的研究日益增多,其在动物生产上的应用也越来越广泛。但是,与其他微量无素相比,人们对铬的了解还较少。因此,对铬元素的生物学功能及铬制剂对动物生产性能和肉品质影响的研究进展进行综述,旨在为铬在动物生产中科学的应用提供借鉴和参考。
Chromium is one of the essential trace elements in animals,which combined with other elements plays an important role in the metabolism of carbohydrates,lipids and proteins in human and animals.Due to its positive and significant effects on production performance and meat quality improvement,the research on the effect of chromium preparation on the growth performance and meat quality of animals has beenincreasing.Chromium preparations have been more and more widely used in animal production.Chromium preparations have been studied and applied in animal production,but compared with other trace elements,we still know little about chromium.Therefore,this paper reviewed the biological function of chromium and the research progress of chromium preparation in animal production performance and meat quality,in order to provide reference for application of chromium in animals.
