The Guarantee of Rule of Law in the Construction Environment of High-level Market Economy

党的十九届五中全会作出了构建高水平市场经济体制的重大部署,高水平市场经济体制离不开良好的经济建设环境,一个具有稳定性、公平性及确定性的经济建设环境对构建高水平市场经济体制具有重大的推动作用。党的十八大以来,我国全面依法治国,强调用法治保障为经济发展保驾护航。本文对当前我国经济建设环境中的法治保障现状进行阐述,探索经济建设环境中法治保障存在的问题,提出相关的解决办法,为高水平市场经济体制的建设添砖加瓦。

The Fifth Plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee made a major deployment for the construction of a high-level market economic system, which is inseparable from a good economic construction environment. An economic construction environment with stability, fairness and certainty plays an important role in promoting the construction of a high-level market economic system. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, China has comprehensively ruled the country according to law, emphasizing the use of the rule of law to protect economic development. This paper will explain the current situation of the guarantee of the rule of law in the current economic construction environment of China, explore the existing problems of the guarantee of the rule of law in the current economic construction environment, and put forward relevant solutions, so as to contribute to the construction of a highlevel market economic system.
