摘要 目的观察CT电影渲染(CR)技术用于膝关节粉碎性骨折的价值。方法回顾性分析10例膝关节粉碎性骨折患者,对膝关节常规CT图像行骨窗和软组织窗容积再现(VR)及CR重建;比较VR及CR重建图像显示骨折和软组织情况,评估CR的价值。结果CR重建图像显示膝关节粉碎性骨折、周围软组织情况及其临床价值均优于VR(P均<0.001)。外科医师与影像科医师评估结果中,有关CR与VR重建图像所示膝关节粉碎性骨折与真实情况接近程度差异具有统计学意义(P=0.03),其余均无明显差异(P均>0.05)。结论CT CR重建可获得逼真的三维膝关节图像,有助于临床诊断及治疗膝关节粉碎性骨折。 Objective To observe the value of CT cinematic rendering(CR)technique for comminuted fractures of knee joint.Methods Data of 10 patients with comminuted fractures of knee joint were retrospectively analyzed.Routine CT images of the knee joint were reconstructed using volume rendering(VR)and CR of bone window and soft tissue window.The display of fractures and soft tissue as well as clinical application values were compared between CR and VR,and the value of CR was analyzed.Results CR reconstructed images were superior to VR in displaying comminuted fractures of knee joint,surrounding soft tissue and clinical application(all P<0.001).Between evaluating results of surgeons and radiologists,there was difference of CR and VR reconstructed images for displaying comminuted fractures of knee joint close to the real situations(P=0.03),while there was no significant difference of the other indexes(all P>0.05).Conclusion CT CR reconstruction could apply realistic three-dimensional images of knee joint,hence being helpful to clinical diagnosis and treatment of comminuted fractures of knee joint.
