摘要
镜像视觉反馈(MVF)训练对脊髓损伤(SCI)等运功功能障碍患者的康复具有积极作用。近年将功能MRI(fMRI)用于分析MVF对脑功能的影响及其可能机制,为揭示MVF康复机制开辟了新思路。本文对MVF用于运动功能康复及SCI后脑可塑性变化的可能机制的fMRI研究进展进行综述。
Mirror visual feedback(MVF)training played a positive role in the rehabilitation of spinal cord injury(SCI)and other motor dysfunction diseases.Recent years,functional MRI(fMRI)had been used to analyze the impact of MVF on brain function,opening up a new research idea to reveal the mechanism of MVF on motor rehabilitation.The research progresses of fMRI for possible mechanisms of MVF for motor function rehabilitation and brain plasticity after SCI were reviewed in this paper.
