针刺干预抑郁症在中枢5-羟色胺系统的效应机制研究进展

Research Progress on Effect Mechanism of Acupuncture Intervention on Depression in Central 5-HT System

5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)在抑郁症的发生中扮演了重要作用,尤其是近年来5-HT递质、5-HT受体在抑郁症中的作用机制,一直是研究关注的热点之一。以往抗抑郁药的选择主要集中于5-HT再摄取抑制剂和5-HT受体拮抗剂上,虽然临床上产生了一定的疗效,但也有很大的不良反应。针刺作为一种安全有效的中医特色疗法,在抑郁症的治疗中发挥了较大作用。基于中枢5-HT系统,阐述了抑郁症与5-HT及其受体的关系,并对针刺调控抑郁行为的机制与中枢5-HT系统的相关性做出探讨,为针刺治疗抑郁症提供理论基础。

The 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)system plays an important role in the occurrence of depression,especially in recent years,the mechanism of 5-HT and 5-HT receptor in depression has been one of the hotspots.In the past,the selection of antidepressant drugs mainly focused on 5-HT reuptake inhibitors and 5-HT receptor antagonists.Although they have produced clinical efficacy,they also have great side effects.Acupuncture,as a safe and effective characteristic therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,has played a significant role in the treatment of depression.Based on the central 5-HT system,this paper expounds the relationship between depression and 5-HT and its receptors,and discusses the correlation between the mechanism of acupuncture regulating depressive behavior and the 5-HT system,so as to provide a theoretical basis for acupuncture treatment of depression.
