Open Source Data Intelligence in the Era of Big Data:Characteristics and Processes

现今,图书馆正在向智慧化转型,关注以公开来源数据为基础的开源情报研究,对提升其个性化和精准化情报服务能力、扩展服务内容、转变工作思维都具有重要的作用。文章首先回顾开源情报的发展历程,列举出当前的研究热点;然后梳理大数据时代下公开来源数据的特征,发现公开来源数据在大数据时代表现出片段性、欺骗性、滞后性和海量性的反情报特征;最后在特征分析的基础上提出了一种新的情报流程,即感知、关联、洞察及传播、验证,以适应大数据时代的情报任务。

Nowadays, the library is transforming into intelligence.Paying attention to open source intelligence research based on open source data plays an important role in improving its personalized and accurate service capabilities, expanding service contents and changing working thinking.Firstly, the paper reviews the development process of intelligence and lists the current research hotspots.Then it sorts out the characteristics of open source data in the era of big data, and finds that open source data in the era of big data is fragmented, deceptive, lagging and massive.Finally, on the basis of feature analysis, a new intelligence process, that is, perception, correlation, insight and dissemination, and verification is proposed to adapt to the intelligence tasks in the era of big data.
