摘要
公共图书馆是区域创新体系的重要组成,能够为各创新主体提供专业的信息及服务。从区域创新、企业发展以及公共图书馆自身的职能定位三个维度剖析公共图书馆服务区域创新的内在逻辑与基本要求,并以深圳大学城图书馆(深圳市科技图书馆)为例,分析其服务区域创新的体系设计及实践举措。深圳大学城图书馆以“资源+服务+平台”三位一体为区域创新主体,提供满足重点学科发展的馆藏资源体系、多层级的针对性服务体系以及区域各创新主体共建共享的交流合作平台。其探索表明,公共图书馆应聚焦区域科技创新需求,明确服务目标与实现路径,并充分挖掘区域优势资源创新服务形式,建立多元化、专业化、针对性的服务体系,切实成为支撑区域创新的专业力量。
The public Library is an important part of regional innovation system, which can provide professional information and services for innovation subjects.This paper analyzes the internal logic and basic requirements of public library service in regional innovation from three dimensions, including regional innovation, enterprise development and public library’s own function orientation, and takes Shenzhen University Town Library(Shenzhen Science and Technology Library)as an example to analyze the system design and practical measures for its service for regional innovation.Shenzhen University Town Library takes “resources + services + platforms” as the main body of regional innovation, provides regional innovation subjects with a collection resource system which can meet the needs of the development of key disciplines, a multi-level targeted service system and a platform for exchanges and cooperation jointly built and shared by various innovative subjects.It shows that public library should focus on regional science and technology innovation, clarify the objectives and implementation path of information service, fully tap regional advantageous resources to innovate service forms, and establish a diversified, professional, and targeted service system, and effectively become a support for regional innovation.
