新时代高职院校劳动教育师资队伍建设研究 被引量:4

摘要 进入新时代,全面加强劳动教育已成为高职院校贯彻落实党的教育方针的必然要求。能否创造性地组织实施劳动教育并确保劳动教育取得实效、确保综合育人价值得以彰显,建设一支适应新时代劳动教育需要的师资队伍是关键。当前,高职院校适应新时代劳动教育需要的师资队伍建设基础比较薄弱、激励机制相对滞后、培训体系亟须完善、考评体系不够科学。高职院校需要积极构建全员参与、专兼结合的劳动教育师资队伍,建立完善的教师激励机制、全方位的培训体系和多元化的考核评价机制,为实施新时代劳动教育提供强有力的支撑和保障。 Entering the new era,comprehensively strengthening labor education has become an inevitable requirement for higher vocational colleges to implement the Party’s educational policy.To ensure that labor education can be implemented creatively and effectively and comprehensive education value can be manifested,it is crucial to build a team of teachers who can adapt to the needs of labor education in the new era.At present,there exist some problems in faculty development of labor education in higher vocational colleges,such as foundation of faculty construction being relatively weak,incentive mechanism being relatively lagging behind,training system needing improving urgently,and assessment and evaluation system being not scientific enough.Therefore,it is necessary to actively build a labor education teaching team with full participation and a combination of both full-time and part-time teachers,and establish a sound teacher incentive mechanism,a comprehensive training system and a diversified assessment and evaluation system,so as to provide strong support and guarantee for the implementation of labor education in the new era.
