粤港澳大湾区建设背景下高职专业设置与产业协调发展研究

A Study on Coordinated Development between Higher Vocational Specialties and Industries in the Context of the Construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

粤港澳大湾区建设已上升为国家战略,高等职业教育需要与之融合发展。基于粤港澳大湾区的面板数据,对高等职业教育专业设置与产业发展的匹配度进行实证分析。梳理粤港澳大湾区内地9个城市高等职业教育专业设置与三次产业发展的匹配情况,发现高职专业设置与布点出现滞后、冗余等不协调发展问题。建议完善对接第一产业的专业体系,重点布局江门和肇庆两市第一产业的专业设置;深化产教融合,对接产业链共建产业学院,加快对接第二产业的专业设置步伐;构建专业预警调整管理机制,严格控制调整对接第三产业的专业设置。通过不断优化专业结构,提升专业水平,凝练专业特色,促进高职专业设置与产业协调发展。

The construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has become a national strategy,which requires the integrated development of higher vocational education.Based on the panel data of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the matching degree between specialty setting of higher vocational education and industrial development.By sorting out the matching situation of higher vocational specialty setting and development of three industries in 9 cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,it is found that there are some uncoordinated development problems,such as lagging-behind and redundancy in the setting and layout of higher vocational specialty.It is suggested to improve specialty system of the primary industry and focus on the layout of specialties of the first industry in Jiangmen and Zhaoqing,deepen the integration of industry and education and jointly build industrial colleges and accelerate the pace of specialty setting in the secondary industry,and establish a specialty warning adjustment management mechanism,strictly control and adjust specialty setting of the tertiary industry.By continuously optimizing the specialty structure,improving specialty standards,and condensing specialty characteristics,it will promote the coordinated development between higher vocational specialties and the industries.
