基于层次分析法贵池茶厂工业遗产本体价值研究

Research on evaluation ontological value of Guichi tea factory industrial heritage based on AHP method

工业遗产是文化遗产的重要组成部分,见证了工业长期发展的历史和城市化进程,具有较高的工业价值和丰富的文化内涵。现今工业遗产价值评估仍处于多采用定性分析的初步阶段,对工业遗产本体价值评价研究的科学性不足。对池州贵池茶厂的保护和利用将从工业遗产本体价值评估展开,在定性分析的基础上,引入德尔菲法和层次分析法(AHP法)进行定量分析,确定评价因子和权重,形成适用于贵池茶厂工业遗产的较为系统、科学的评估体系,为传承遗产文化,延续城市文脉做出努力。

Industrial heritage is an important part of cultural heritage.It has witnessed the history of long-term industrial development and the process of urbanization,and has high industrial value and rich cultural connotation.At present,the evaluation of industrial heritage value is still in the preliminary stage of mostly adopting qualitative analysis,and the research on the evaluation of the value of industrial heritage is not scientific enough.The protection and utilization of the Guichi tea factory in Chizhou will be carried out from the evaluation of the value of the industrial heritage.On the basis of qualitative analysis,the Delphi method and AHP method will be introduced for quantitative analysis,and the evaluation factors and weights will be determined.The more systematic and scientific evaluation system of the heritage has made many efforts to inherit the heritage culture and continue the urban context.
