Stainless steel metal roofing construction technology of Pingtan Ocean International Convention and Exhibition Center

平潭海洋国际会展中心采用的不锈钢屋面系统主要构造层多达13层,屋面为起伏的曲面,面积约4.6万m^(2)。该工程所处的平潭岛,属于多阵风地区,全年大风日数多。该项目在金属屋面的安装过程中,对每个支座的位置和标高进行单独计算、准确定位,并对大量弧形檩条、弧形板、扇形板等非标构件单独设计、下料、加工。通过BIM技术建模,实现精确下料、精细化加工、准确定位安装。该项目选择超纯铁素体不锈钢作为屋面主板材,采用全自动连续焊缝机,并通过多种施工工艺创新和质量保证措施顺利完成了金属屋面的安装任务。

The stainless steel roofing system used in the Pingtan Ocean International Convention and Exhibition Center has as many as 13 main construction layers and an undulating curved roof,with an area of about 46000 m^(2).The Pingtan Island,where the project is located,is a windy area with many windy days throughout the year.In this project,during the installation of the metal roof,the position and elevation of each support are calculated and accurately positioned individually,and a large number of non-standard components such as curved purlins,curved plates and fan plates are designed,ordered and processed individually.Through BIM technology modeling,precise material placement,fine processing,and accurate positioning and installation were realized.The project selected copy superpure stainless steel as the main sheet of roofing,adopted fully automatic continuous welding machine,and successfully completed the installation of metal roofing through various construction process innovations and quality assurance measures.
