摘要 我国的机械行业有着飞速的发展,伺服控制系统也有了新的突破。通过对新型伺服直驱式二次供水设备动力匹配和模糊控制器应用方面的研究,介绍了立式多级离心泵在新型伺服直驱式二次供水设备中的相关选型和伺服电机的匹配,以及模糊控制器设计过程。通过在太原市汾源供水设备有限公司的实验研究以及各种工况数据的收集,可以表明:在模糊控制器和伺服电机控制立式多级离心泵的结合应用下,电机可以对各种工况做出相应的调整,可以更好地满足供水用户对供水流量和压力需求。 China’s machinery industry has a rapid development,servo control system has made new breakthroughs.Based on the research of power matching and fuzzy controller application of new servo direct drive secondary water supply equipment,the paper introduces the selection of vertical multistage centrifugal pump in new servo direct drive secondary water supply equipment,servo motor matching and fuzzy controller design process.In Taiyuan City Fen Source Water Supply Equipment Co.,Ltd.,the experimental study and data collection under various working conditions,can show that the fuzzy controller and the servo motor control the integrated application of vertical multistage centrifugal pump,the motor can make the corresponding adjustment under various working conditions,better able to meet the demand of users of water flow and pressure of water supply.
