西户铁路改造提升前期研究

Preliminary study on reconstruction and promotion of Xi’an-Huxian Railway

西户铁路是陇海铁路分支线路,位于西安市西南部,1956年通车,2000年停运市郊列车,现仅办理货运作业,承担沿线企业货物运输。西户铁路已运行65 a,社会经济与沿线用地发生显著变化,时至今日,老旧货运专线与现代化高品质城市发展不能匹配。通过对西户铁路改造提升,可有效减少铁路对城市道路系统干扰,优化城市公共交通运行效率,提升铁路沿线环境品质,提高既有铁路利用效率,盘活铁路存量资产。

The paper indicates Xi’an-Huxian Railway,located in the southwest part of Xi’an City,which was put into operation in 1956,is the branch of Lanzhou-Lianyungang Railway,explains the railway stopped to operate the suburban trains in 2000 and merely deals with freight operation to undertake the freight transportation for enterprises along the route,illustrates the society,economy and areas along the route have seen great changes during its 65 operation years and the aged freight transportation rails are inconsistent with the modernized and high-quality development of cities,clarifies the reconstruction and promotion of the railway will effectively reduce the disturbance of railways on the urban road systems,optimize the operation efficiency of public vehicles,enhance the environmental quality along the rails by improving the efficiency of existing railways and activate railways’stock capital.
