摘要
我国高寒地区全年平均气温低,平均气温低于0℃的时间长。低温环境易造成农牧区供水设备发生冰冻,无法正常运行,严重影响供水安全。为保障低温环境下供水设备的安全运行,设计了防冻保温装置,包括储热材料设计、管路设计、翅片设计、传热计算等,该设计可在缺少电力供应的情况下保障供水设备安全运行,对装备防冻具有重要的意义。
The annual average temperature in China’s alpine regions is low,and the average temperature is lower than 0℃for a long time.Low temperature is easy to cause freezing of water supply equipment in agricultural and pastoral areas,which can’t operate normally,seriously affecting the safety of water supply.In order to ensure the safe operation of water supply equipment in low temperature environment,an anti-freezing and heat preservation device is designed.Including heat storage material design,pipeline design,fin design,heat transfer calculation,etc..This design can ensure the safe operation of water supply equipment in the absence of power supply,and has important theoretical guiding significance for equipment anti-freezing.
