老年肺部感染影像学评估及高流量湿化氧疗疗效分析

Imaging Evaluation and Efficacy Analysis of High Flow Humidified Oxygen Therapy in Elderly Patients with Pulmonary Infections

本文探讨老年肺部感染影像学评估及高流量湿化氧疗疗效。选取96例肺部感染患者为研究对象,分为常规氧疗组、高流量湿化氧疗组,各48例。检测两组炎症相关因子、血气指标水平,并对比两组肺部CT影像学及临床疗效。治疗后两组白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、PCT、CRP、IL-1、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、PaCO_(2)水平下降,且高流量湿化氧疗组低于常规氧疗组,治疗后两组SaO_(2)、PaO_(2)水平上升,且高流量湿化氧疗组高于常规氧疗组(P<0.05)。治疗后高流量湿化氧疗组胸腔积液、结节、网格或线样、磨玻璃影占比均低于常规氧疗组(P<0.05)。高流量湿化氧疗组治疗有效率高于常规氧疗组(P<0.05)。高流量湿化氧疗对老年肺部感染患者治疗效果较好,肺部CT影像学可为肺部感染患者早期诊断及疗效评价提供参考,具有一定的临床推广价值。

This paper discussed the imaging evaluation of elderly pulmonary infection and the efficacy of high-flow humidification oxygen therapy.96 patients with lung infection were selected as study subjects and divided into conventional oxygen therapy and high-flow humidification oxygen therapy with 48 cases in each group.The levels of inflammation-related factors and blood gas indexes in the two groups were tested,and the pulmonary CT imaging and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.After treatment,the levels of leukocyte count,neutrophil percentage,PCT,CRP,IL-1,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-αand PaCO_(2) decreased,and the high-flow humidified oxygen therapy group was lower than the conventional oxygen therapy group.After treating the SaO_(2) and PaO_(2) increased and higher than the high-flow humidified oxygen therapy group(P<0.05).The proportion of pleural effusion,nodules,grid,line pattern,and ground glass in the high-flow humidification oxygen therapy group after treatment was lower than the conventional oxygen therapy group(P<0.05).The high flow humidified oxygen effective rate was higher than the conventional oxygen treatment group(P<0.05).To sum up,high flow humidification oxygen therapy has good treatment effect on elderly patients with pulmonary infection,and pulmonary CT imaging can provide some reference for early diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of patients with lung infection,and has certain clinical promotion value.
