冷水机组的故障处理措施

摘要 文章在搅拌站混凝土生产运行过程中,为了保证混凝土生产质量,严格控制混凝土在搅拌过程中温度,根据生产工艺要求,加入冷冻到5~10℃的冷水,冷水机组负责提供冷量。而长时间的运行,难免会发生各种问题和故障。作为冷水机组管理维修人员,必须及时发现和排除这些故障,保障搅拌站系统正常运行,减小冷水机组故障问题所导致的损失。 In the process of concrete production and operation of the mixing plant,in order to ensure the quality of concrete production,the temperature of the concrete during the mixing process is strictly controlled.According to the production process requirements,cold water chilled to 5~10°C is added,and the chiller is responsible for providing cooling capacity.During long-term operation,various problems and failures will inevitably occur.As the management and maintenance personnel of the chiller,these faults must be discovered and eliminated in time to ensure the normal operation of the mixing plant system and reduce the losses caused by the failure of the chiller.
