摘要 使用次氯酸钠消毒剂来替代传统的过氧乙酸、中性电解氧化水以及二氧化氯气体等对新鲜蔬菜水果消毒,其优势显而易见。文章中测试的高剂量次氯酸钠与单独的水洗处理相比,次氯酸钠消毒显著降低了切碎的生菜的总需氧菌落数。尽管在比色测量后观察到微小的颜色变化,但未显著影响蔬菜的感官质量。从营养的角度来看,水冲洗显著降低了维生素C含量,但不影响类胡萝卜素的含量。没有观察到向洗涤水中添加消毒剂对维生素C和酚类产生的额外影响。 Water plays a central role in any systematic appraisal of life sustaining requirements.Water also strongly influences economic activity(both production and consumption)and social roles.The resources of water supply and recreation may also come under stress due to changes in climate such as water balance.Conventional urban water systems such as water supply,wastewater,and storm water management are also currently going through stress and require major rethinking.To maintain urban water systems efficiently in the future,a flexibility approach will allow incorporation of new technologies and adaptation to external changes(for example society or climate change).Because water is an essential resource for sustaining health,both the quantity and quality of available water supplies must be improved.Additionally,emerging contaminants such as endocrine disruptor chemicals,pharmaceuticals,and toxins in the water body are also of a great concern.This technology is green,which addresses problems associated with chlorination for treating pollutants present in water and wastewater.
