暗光环境战术战伤救治培训模式研究

目的探索部队暗光环境下战术战伤救治技能培训模式,提升卫勤保障能力。方法基于战术战伤救治规则及最新救治理念,结合暗光环境下救治实际情况,重点着眼于战场必备救护技能,以战伤急救6大技术为核心,形成暗光环境下战术战伤救治技能培训模式。结果完成标准暗光环境构建,并从火线、战术以及战术后送3大阶段,涉及暗光搜救、检伤、止血包扎固定、搬运、通气、胸腔穿刺减压、液体复苏等模块内容,形成全流程、全要素暗光环境下战场伤员救治培训及考核模式。结论暗光条件下战术战伤救治技能训练重要且必要,暗光战救培训模式有助于提升医护人员的暗适应能力及在暗光环境下的救治技术水平,提升卫勤保障能力。

Objective To explore the tactical combat wound treatment skills training mode in the dark light environment and improve the capability of medical support.Methods Based on the rules of tactical combat wound treatment and the latest treatment concept,combined with the actual situation of treatment in the dark environment,focusing on the necessary battlefield rescue skills,with the 6 techniques of combat wound first aid as the core,and the tactical combat wound treatment skills training model in the dark environment was formed.Results The construction of standard dark light environment was completed,and all elements from the 3 stages of fire line,tactics and tactical evacuation were formed,which involved dark light search and rescue,wound inspection,hemostasis and bandage fixation,transportation,ventilation,thoracentesis decompression,fluid resuscitation and other modules,and the training and assessment mode of battlefield casualty treatment under the whole process and all elements dark light environment was formed.Conclusion Tactical battlefield casualty treatment skills training under night vision and dark light conditions is important and necessary,and the dark light battlefield rescue training mode helps to improve the dark adaptation ability of medical personnel and the level of treatment technology in the dark light environment,and enhance the capability of medical support.
