This paper first expounds the optimization principles of subway ticketing operation management, and then focuses on the analysis of specific optimization strategies to clarify the effectiveness of subway ticketing operation management after taking optimization measures. The results show that under the implementation of a number of subway ticketing operation management optimization measures,the problems of low efficiency and poor effect in subway ticketing operation management have been solved, and the level of ticketing operation management has been significantly improved.
