从施工单位牵头的EPC项目出发,阐述了EPC模式的特征、优势和缺点,对EPC模式下项目投标、设计、施工等阶段的造价风险进行分析,并提出各阶段有针对性的造价风险防范措施,阐述具体的防范要点,从而提升国内EPC项目造价管理工作水平。

Starting from the EPC project led by the construction unit, this paper expounds the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the EPC mode, and analyzes the cost risks in the bidding, design and construction stages of the project under the EPC mode, puts forward targeted cost risk prevention measures in each stage and expounds specific prevention points, so as to improve the level of domestic EPC project cost management.
