高效芽孢杆菌对烤烟生长发育及产质量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了改善烤烟生长发育水平,进一步提升烟叶品质,采用田间对比试验,对高效芽孢杆菌在烤烟上的应用效果进行了研究。结果表明,施用高效芽孢杆菌灌根处理的烟株田间长势较好,在高浓度水平下上部叶开片优于灌溉清水对照,其烤后烟叶均价以及上等烟比例等经济性状较高,B1F和B2F等级烟叶的比例得到了提升,改善了上部叶的等级结构水平。在烟叶质量方面,施用高效芽孢杆菌处理后的烟叶油分有增加趋势,上部烟叶烟碱含量有下降趋势,化学成分相对协调,改善了烟叶香气质和香气量感官评吸水平。综合结果表明,高效芽孢杆菌高浓度灌根施用较适宜烤烟生产。 In order to improve the level of growth and development, and promote quality of flue-cured tobacco, field comparative experiment was conducted to study the application effect of efficient bacillus on flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that the growth of flue-cured tobacco treated by root irrigation with effective bacillus was better, and the upper leaf unfolding of flue-cured tobacco treated with high concentration bacillus was better than that of water irrigation control. The economic characters of the average price of flue-cured tobacco leaves and the proportion of high-quality tobacco leaves were higher in the treatment of efficient bacillus, the proportion of B1F and B2F tobacco leaves increased,and grade structure in the upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco was improved. In terms of quality of tobacco leaves, in the treatment of efficient bacillus, the oil content of flue-cured tobacco leaves showed an increasing trend, the nicotine content of upper leaves showed a decreasing trend, the chemical components of flue-cured tobacco leaves were relatively coordinated, the sensory evaluation quality of tobacco leaves, such as aroma quality and aroma quantity, were improved.The comprehensive results showed that root irrigation with high concentration of effective bacillus was suitable for application in flue-cured tobacco production.
