不同植物生长调节剂对木芙蓉新品种锦绣紫扦插效果的影响

Effects of Different Plant Growth Regulators on Cutting of New Hibiscus Variety Jinxiuzi

为探寻一种能有效提高木芙蓉新品种锦绣紫扦插效果的园艺措施,本文研究了不同植物生长调节剂处理下,锦绣紫扦插苗的生根率、长势良好率及地上部、地下部生长情况。结果表明,采用依尔(10%吲丁·萘乙酸)100倍液快浸10 min的扦插效果最好,其生根率和长势良好率分别达到90.00%和96.67%,生根数较空白对照增加了77.78%,最长新梢长和最长新梢基粗也显著高于空白对照。

In order to explore a horticultural measure that could effectively improve the cutting effect of new hibiscus variety Jinxiuzi, this paper studied the rooting rate, good growth rate and the growth of the upper and lower parts of Jinxiuzi under the treatment of different plant growth regulators. The results showed that the best cutting effect was obtained when the cuttings were soaked in 100 times of Yi′er(10% IBA·NAA) for 10 min;the rooting rate and good growth rate reached 90.00% and 96.67%, respectively;the rooting number increased by 77.78% compared with the control;the length and base thickness of the longest shoot were also significantly higher than those of the control.
