摘要
本研究用浓度为0.250、0.050、0.010、0.002 g·Dw/mL的火炬树夏季叶片和秋季叶片水浸液处理白花三叶草和草地早熟禾种子,采用培养皿滤纸培养法进行种子萌发试验。结果表明:火炬树叶片水浸液对白花三叶草和草地早熟禾种子的发芽率、发芽指数、发芽势和化感效应均表现为抑制作用,且随着火炬树叶片水浸液浓度的升高抑制作用增强;火炬树叶片水浸液对草地早熟禾种子萌发的抑制作用强于对白花三叶草的抑制作用,秋季叶片水浸液对两种受体植物种子萌发的抑制作用强于夏季叶片水浸液。当水浸液浓度为0.250 g·Dw/mL时,白花三叶草种子发芽率为2.53%~4.02%,草地早熟禾种子发芽率、发芽指数、发芽势均为0。
In this study, the seeds of Trifolium repens and Poa pratensis were treated with summer leaves aqueous extract and autumn leaves aqueous extract of Rhus typhina with concentrations of 0.250 g·Dw/mL, 0.050 g·Dw/mL,0.010 g·Dw/mL, 0.002 g·Dw/mL, and the seed germination test was carried out by petri dish filter paper culture method.The results showed that the aqueous extracts of Rhus typhina leaves had an inhibitory effect on the germination rate,germination index, germination potential and allelopathy of the seeds of two ground cover plants( Trifolium repens and Poa pratensis), and the inhibitory effect increased with the increase of the aqueous extract concentration of Rhus typhina leaves. The inhibitory effect of Rhus typhina leaves aqueous extract on seed germination of Poa pratensis was stronger than that of Trifolium repens, and the inhibitory effect of autumn leaves aqueous extract on seed germination of two receptor plants was stronger than that of summer leaves aqueous extract. When the concentration of aqueous extract was 0.250 g·Dw/mL, the germination rate of Trifolium repens was 2.53%-4.02%, while the germination rate, germination index and germination potential of Poa pratensis were all 0.
