摘要 针对山西某矿W3305进风顺槽掘进过程中存在一长轴35 m,短轴26 m的陷落柱,为降低陷落柱造成的围岩变形大及易冒顶的问题,结合其具体的工程地质条件,采用“超前预注浆+支护锚杆(锚索)+工字钢棚”联合支护技术进行巷道围岩的控制,现场监测结果表明:采用该支护形式后,巷道两帮围岩的最大变形量减少了13.43 mm,顶板最大下降量减少了11.31 mm,提出的过陷落柱段巷道联合支护技术取得了良好的支护效果。 In view of the existence of a collapse column with a long axis of 35 m and a short axis of 26 m during the tunneling process of W3305 intake roadway in a mine in Shanxi,in order to reduce the problem of large deformation of surrounding rock and easy roof fall caused by the collapse column,combined with its specific engineering geological conditions,the combined support technology of"advance pre-grouting+support bolt(anchor cable)+I-steel shed"is adopted to control the surrounding rock of roadway.The field monitoring results show that:after adopting this support form,the maximum deformation of the surrounding rock of the two sides of the roadway is reduced by 13.43 mm,and the maximum decline of the roof is reduced by 11.31 mm.The proposed combined support technology of roadway passing through the collapse column section has achieved good support effect.
