含软弱夹层极近距离特厚煤层巷道位置与支护方案研究 被引量:1

摘要 大同矿区石炭系5^(#)煤层为特厚煤层,顶板含有多层炭质泥岩的软弱夹层,同时3^(#)煤层与5^(#)煤层为极近距离煤层,在上覆3^(#)煤层采空区孤岛煤柱高集中应力以及5^(#)煤层采动压力叠加作用下,5^(#)煤层回采巷道极易发生变形破坏。针对含软弱夹层极近距离特厚煤层巷道的稳定控制问题,本论文采用FLAC3D数值模拟,确定5^(#)煤层5017巷道为重叠布置;采用锚杆锚索钢筋网的支护方式,达到了良好的工程应用效果,有效解决了石炭系含软弱夹层极近距离特厚煤层巷道支护难题,使巷道支护更加安全、高效和经济,同时为其他相近条件巷道稳定性控制提供参考。 The Carboniferous 5coal seam in Datong mining area is an extra-thick coal seam, and the roof contains a soft interlayer of multiple layers of carbonaceous mudstone. At the same time, the 3^(#) coal seam and the 5^(#) coal seam are very close coal seams, and the overlying 3^(#) coal seam goaf is high. Under the superposition of concentrated stress and mining pressure of 5coal seam, the 5^(#) coal seam mining roadway is easily deformed and damaged. In view of the stability control problem of the extremely thick coal seam roadway with weak interlayers in very short distances, this paper uses FLAC^(3D) numerical simulation to determine the 5^(#) coal seam roadway. The 5017 roadway of the coal seam is arranged in an overlapping arrangement, and the support scheme of bolt, bolt, cable,and steel mesh is adopted, and good engineering application effect has been achieved. It is safer, more efficient and more economical to protect, and at the same time provides a reference for other similar conditions roadway stability control.
