堆煤保护装置在煤矿带式输送机上的应用

Application of Coal Piling Protection Device in Coal Mine Belt Conveyor

本文针对煤矿的带式输送机的漏煤眼经常会发生堆煤事故,导致电机烧毁、液力耦合器、减速器受损的事故发生,提出在带式输送机上每个漏煤点必须装设堆煤保护装置,以保证人身财产安全。在对现有的堆煤保护装置进行技术分析后,在带式输送机上不同部位的不同落煤点,采用不同的触发电极,从而能适应堆煤保护装置的反应,起到堆煤保护装置对带式输送机的保护作用,也大幅降低了堆煤现象的发生,同时保障了带式输送机的安全运行,提高了煤矿的整体生产效率。

In view of the coal pile accidents often occur in the coal leakage holes of the belt conveyor in coal mines,which leads to the burning of the motor,the damage of the hydraulic coupler and the reducer,this paper proposes that the coal piling protection device must be installed at each coal leakage point of the belt conveyor to ensure the safety of personal and property.After the technical analysis of the existing coal piling protection device,different trigger electrodes are used to adapt to the reaction of the coal piling protection device at different coal leakage points in different parts of the belt conveyor,which plays a protective role of the coal piling protection device on the belt conveyor and greatly reduces the occurrence of coal pile phenomenon.At the same time,the safe operation of the belt conveyor is ensured and the overall production efficiency of the coal mine is improved.
