2017 - 2020年湖北省十堰市重点人群碘营养监测结果分析 被引量:3

Analysis of iodine nutrition monitoring results of key population in Shiyan City,Hubei Province from 2017 to 2020

摘要 目的:了解湖北省十堰市重点人群碘营养现状,为指导重点人群科学补碘提供依据。方法:根据《全国碘缺乏病监测方案(2016版)》要求,2017 - 2020年选择湖北省十堰市所辖8个县(市、区)的孕妇和8~10岁学龄儿童(年龄均衡、男女各半),采集其家中食用盐盐样及随意1次尿样,分别检测盐碘、尿碘含量。同时,采用B超法检查儿童甲状腺,计算甲状腺肿大率。结果:共检测孕妇家中食用盐盐样3 198份,盐碘中位数为23.7 mg/kg,碘盐覆盖率为99.9%(3 196/3 198),碘盐合格率为96.0%(3 068/3 196),合格碘盐食用率为95.9%(3 068/3 198);共检测孕妇尿样2 898份,尿碘中位数为198.2 μg/L。共检测儿童家中食用盐盐样6 363份,盐碘中位数为23.8 mg/kg,碘盐覆盖率为99.8%(6 352/6 363),碘盐合格率为95.5%(6 067/6 352),合格碘盐食用率为95.3%(6 067/6 363);共检测儿童尿样5 764份,尿碘中位数为259.8 μg/L;共检查2 188名儿童甲状腺,甲状腺肿大率为0.4%(9/2 188)。结论:2017 - 2020年湖北省十堰市重点人群碘盐覆盖率(≥95%)、合格碘盐食用率( > 90%)及儿童甲状腺肿大率( < 5%)均符合国家碘缺乏病消除标准。孕妇总体处于碘适宜水平(150~249 μg/L),儿童总体处于碘超适宜量水平(200~299 μg/L)。需继续加强重点人群碘营养监测工作,落实"因地制宜、分类指导、科学补碘"的策略。 Objective To learn about the current status of iodine nutrition of key populations in Shiyan City,Hubei Province,and to provide basis for guiding key populations to supplement iodine scientifically.Methods According to the requirements of the"National Iodine Deficiency Disorders Surveillance Program(2016 Edition)",pregnant women and school-age children aged 8-10(age balanced,half male and half female)in 8 counties(cities,districts)under the jurisdiction of Shiyan City,Hubei Province were selected from 2017 to 2020.Their household edible salt samples and urine samples were collected to detect salt iodine and urinary iodine contents,respectively.At the same time,the thyroid gland of children was examined by B-ultrasonic and the goiter rate was calculated.Results In total,3198 household edible salt samples of pregnant women were tested,the median salt iodine was 23.7 mg/kg,the coverage rate of iodized salt was 99.9%(3196/3198),the qualified rate of iodized salt was 96.0%(3068/3196),and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 95.9%(3068/3198).Totally 2898 urine samples of pregnant women were tested,and the median urinary iodine was 198.2μg/L.In total,6363 household edible salt samples of children were tested,the median salt iodine was 23.8 mg/kg,the coverage rate of iodized salt was 99.8%(6352/6363),the qualified rate of iodized salt was 95.5%(6067/6352),and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 95.3%(6067/6363).Totally 5764 urine samples of children were tested,and the median urinary iodine was 259.8μg/L.Totally 2188 children were examined,and the goiter rate was 0.4%(9/2188).Conclusions From 2017 to 2020,the coverage rates of iodized salt(≥95%),consumption rates of qualified iodized salt(>90%)of key populations and the goiter rate of children(<5%)in Shiyan City of Hubei Province are in line with the national standards for eliminating iodine deficiency disorders.Pregnant women are generally at an appropriate level of iodine(150-249μg/L)and children are generally at the super appropriate level of iodine(200-299μg/L).It is necessary to continue to strengthen the monitoring of iodine nutrition in key populations and implement the strategy of"adjusting measures to local conditions,classified guidance and scientific iodine supplementation".
