普米克令舒联合孟鲁司特治疗儿童支气管哮喘对治疗效果、FEV1及PEF指标的价值

目的:探讨普米克令舒联合孟鲁司特治疗儿童支气管哮喘的效果以及对第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)及最大呼气流量(PEF)指标的影响进行分析。方法:将支气管哮喘患儿80例设为研究对象,对其进行随机分组,对照组为常规治疗,观察组为普米克令舒联合孟鲁司特治疗,将两组治疗期间的相关指标进行比较,主要包括不良反应发生情况以及FEV1及PEF指标等。结果:两组治疗效果比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组FEV1水平、白天PEF水平、夜晚PEF水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FEV1水平、白天PEF水平、夜晚PEF水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组用药依从性比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床上对儿童支气管哮喘采用普米克令舒联合孟鲁司特治疗,能够有效改善患儿的病情,降低患儿的不良反应发生率,是一种较为有效且安全的治疗方法,可在临床上普及与推广。

Objective To analyze and explore the effect of Pulmicort Respules combined with montelukast in the treatment of children with bronchial asthmaon FEV1 and PEF indexes.Method 80 children with bronchial asthma wereregarded as the objects of this study, and they were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment method of children in the control group was routine treatment, and the treatment method of children in the observation group was Pulmicort Respules combined with montelukast. The relevant indexes of children in the two groups during the treatment period were compared, It mainly includes the occurrence of adverse reactions and FEV1 and PEF indexes.Results In terms of curative effect, there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in FEV1 level, PEF level during the day and PEF level at night(P>0.05);After treatment, there was significant difference between the two groups in FEV1 level, PEF level during the day and PEF level at night, and the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). In terms of adverse reactions, there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). In terms of medication compliance, there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of children with bronchial asthma with Pulmicort Respules combined with montelukast can effectively improve the condition of children and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. It is an effective and safe treatment method, which can be popularized and popularized in clinic.
