创新时代未来学校的建设:内涵特征与实践方式 被引量:8

摘要 技术进步和社会经济发展使得优质、公平、全纳的教育成为趋势且具备可能。当今社会已进入创新社会,教育4.0的开启要求学校、教师、教学回应并引领变革,迈向以人的全面发展、能力和素养培养为目标的教育新样态。通过梳理近些年关于未来学校的国内理论研究成果和全球范围的实践探索,从创新时代人才必备的能力和相应学习方式出发,明确了未来学校的内涵与实践方式,以教育4.0时代的人才培养目标、学习特点和教学变化为基础,建立学习方式、教学模式、特色课程、评价体系、学习空间与教学环境、教学组织与管理方式等六个维度的分析框架,对典型的未来学校实践案例进行分析,归纳出未来学校基于此六个维度的特征和展现形式并提炼出六种实践方式,为助推我国未来学校建设明确了方向并提供了实践经验。 Technological progress and social economic development make high quality,fair and inclusive education a trend and possible.The society has entered an innovative society,and the beginning of education 4.0 requires schools,teachers,and teaching to follow up and lead the reform,moving towards a new education pattern with the goal of people’s all-round development,ability and literacy cultivation.This study reviewed theoretical research achievements in China and global practical exploration of future schools in recent years,starting from the necessary abilities and corresponding learning styles of talents in the era of innovation,this study defined the connotation and practice mode of the future school.Based on the talent cultivation objectives,learning characteristics and teaching changes in the era of education 4.0,this study established an analytical framework of six dimensions,including learning mode,teaching mode,characteristic courses,evaluation system,learning space and teaching environment,and teaching organization and management.This study used the framework to analyze typical future school practice cases,summarized the characteristics and representations of the cases in the six dimensions,and distilled six practice modes of future school,which will help to clarify the direction of future school construction in China and provide practical experience.
