新形势下助推海外华文学校传播中华文化路径研究--以浙江华侨网络学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 推进海外华文教育旨在增强中华文化认同。在新形势下,海外华文学校中华文化传播产生了新现象:线上中华文化课堂主阵地教学快速发展,线上文化活动跨地域、跨国家学习现象日益增加,“寻根之旅”“亲情中华”“中华大乐园”等线下线上文化传播活动成效日趋显著,华文学校中华文化传播市场化趋势不断增强,家庭环境传播中华文化关注度大幅攀升。同时,海外华文学校中华文化传播面临中华文化传播活动系统性不够,华文师资短缺,国内资源深度挖掘不足,学生、家长和学校三方合力不够等新挑战。通过调研50个国家200所华文学校,并对浙江华侨网络学院进行案例研究,在课程体系构建、师资队伍建设、内外资源共享、家校协同培育等方面提出建构“大规模生产与个性化定制”文化知识传播体系、构筑海内外教学机构信息互通机制、构建海外华文学校教学评估制度、建立一支国际化华文教师团队等新路径。 The promotion of overseas Chinese education aims to enhance Chinese cultural identity.Under the new situation,some new phenomena have emerged in the international communication of Chinese culture in overseas Chinese schools:the rapid development of online Chinese culture classroom teaching,the growing cross-regional and cross-country learning in on⁃line cultural activities,offline and online cultural communication activities,such as Root-seeking Journey,Family Love in China,China Grand Paradise,are becoming more and more effective,the marketization trend of Chinese culture comunica⁃tion in Chinese schools has been increasing,and the attention to Chinese culture communication in the family environment has risen sharply.At the same time,the communication of Chinese culture in overseas Chinese schools is facing new challeng⁃es such as the lack of systematic Chinese culture communication activities,the shortage of Chinese teachers,the lack of in depth exploration of domestic resources,and the lack of joint efforts of students,parents and schools.By investigating 200 Chinese schools in 50 countries,and conducting a case study on Zhejiang Overseas Chinese Network College,the article pro⁃poses the construction of a cultural knowledge communication system of“mass production and personalized customization”in terms of curriculum system development,teacher team training,internal and external resource sharing,and home-school col⁃laboration,and,furthermore,building up an information exchange mechanism for teaching institutions at home and abroad,building up a teaching evaluation system for overseas Chinese schools,and establishing an internationalized team of Chinese teachers.
