摘要
为探究干旱胁迫对黑小麦种子萌发特性的影响,以不同黑小麦品种为供试材料,采用PEG-6000模拟干旱条件,研究黑小麦萌发期对干旱胁迫的响应,比较不同品种黑小麦的萌发期抗旱性。结果表明:(1)干旱胁迫后,黑小麦发芽势、发芽率、主胚根长、芽长、根干质量和芽干质量较对照均有不同程度下降,根冠比上升,贮藏物质转运率下降;变幅因品种而异,除芽干质量外,秦紫2号在其余指标间变幅均呈统计学显著性;(2)发芽势与发芽率(0.959)、芽长(0.968)、根干质量(0.885)、贮藏物质转运率(0.884)显著正相关。发芽率与芽长(0.923)极显著正相关,与根干质量(0.817)、贮藏物质转运率(0.850)显著正相关;(3)通过加权隶属函数法分析,根据抗旱性综合评价值(D值),供试黑小麦品种抗旱能力分为3类,其中珍选1号、秦紫1号和珍选2号属强抗旱型,杨紫1号、西黑88和黑优1号属中等抗旱型,秦紫2号属弱抗旱型。研究结果可为黑小麦品种选用和萌发期抗旱性鉴定提供参考。
This paper aimed at exploring the effect of drought stress on the germination characteristics of different blackgrain wheat,using different black-grain wheat as test materials,PEG-6000 was used to simulate drought conditions to study the response of black-grain wheat seeds to drought stress,and to compare the drought resistance of different blackgrain wheat varieties at germination stage.The results showed that:(1)under drought stress the germination potential,germination rate,main radicle length,shoot length,root dry weight and shoot dry weight decreased to different degrees compared with the control,while the root-shoot ratio showed upward trend and storage material transfer rate showed downward trend;the variation varied among varieties,the variation varies by species,except for bud dry weight,the variation of Qinzi2 was statistically significant among the rest indexes.(2)The germination potential was significantly positively correlated with the germination rate(0.959),shoot length(0.968),root dry weight(0.885)and storage material transfer rate(0.884).Germination rate was significantly positively correlated with shoot length(0.923),and significant positive correlation with root dry weight(0.817)and storage material transport rate(0.850).(3)Based on the comprehensive evaluation value of drought resistance(D value)calculated by the weighting membership function method,the drought resistance of the tested black-grain wheat varieties were divided into 3 grades.Zhenxuan1,Qinzi1 and Zhenxuan2 belonged to strong drought resistance;Yangzi1,Xihei 88 and Heiyou1 belonged to moderate drought resistance;Qinzi 2 belonged to weak drought resistance.The research results could provide reference for the selection of black-grain wheat varieties and the identification of drought resistance at germination stage.
