摘要
为探讨基质EC值对浅水育苗的影响,以草炭基质、黄泥土、干牛粪、珍珠岩为主要材料,配制成具有不同EC值的基质用于烤烟浅水育苗,分析不同EC值基质对烟草种子萌发及烟苗生长发育的影响。结果表明:育苗基质的EC值为0.50~1.25 ms/cm时,随着EC值的提高,烤烟种子的发芽率、成苗率以及成苗期烟苗的茎粗、苗高、最大叶叶面积、干物质量、根冠比和根系活力等指标均呈先升高后降低的变化趋势。在本试验条件下,以EC值为0.75~1.0 ms/cm的基质表现较好。本研究结果可为烤烟浅水育苗的基质配制提供参考。
In order to explore the effect of substrate EC value on shallow water seedling raising,peat substrate,yellow soil,dry cow dung and perlite were used as main materials to form the substrates with different EC values for shallow water seedling raising of flue-cured tobacco,and the effects of substrates with different EC values on the germination rate of tobacco seeds and the growth and development of tobacco seedlings were analyzed.The results showed that when the EC value of seedling substrate was 0.50-1.25 ms/cm,with the increase of EC value,the germination rate and seedling rate of fluecured tobacco seeds,as well as the stem diameter,seedling height,maximum leaf area,dry matter mass,root shoot ratio and root activity of tobacco seedlings at the seedling stage showed a trend of increasing at first and then decreasing.Under the conditions of this experiment,the substrate with EC value of 0.75-1.0 ms/cm performed better.The results of this study can provide references for the substrate formulation of shallow water seedlings of roasted tobacco.
