摘要
学术知识共享是研究生个体间或与其他研究生组织间发生有效的学术知识流通和交换的过程。这一过程的实质达成有利于促进研究生个体实现学术知识增值、学术知识创新以及引领其学术专业成长。审视研究生学术知识共享活动的完整构造,该过程主要是由共享主体(知识发送者、知识接收者)、主体特质(共享意愿、共享能力)、知识客体(内在知识特性)及其转化机制和外部共享环境等要素共同配置而成。基于此,采取厘定共享原则、维持研究生共享意愿、夯实研究生主体素养以及营造支持性共享环境等策略以深化研究生个体学术知识共享行为进程。
Academic knowledge sharing is the process of effective academic knowledge circulation and exchange among graduate students or with other graduate organizations. The substantial achievement of this process is conducive to promoting individual graduate students to realize the value-added of academic knowledge, the innovation of academic knowledge, and to lead their academic professional growth.Examinedthe complete structure of postgraduate academic knowledge sharing activities.The process is mainly composed of sharing subjects(knowledge senders, knowledge receivers) and characteristics of subjects(sharing willingness, sharing ability), knowledge objects(intrinsic characteristics) and their transformation mechanisms, external shared environment and other elements, which configured it together. Based on this, this paper attempts to adopt strategies such as determining the sharing principle, maintaining the willingness of postgraduates to share, consolidating the main literacy of postgraduates, and creating a supportive shared environment to deepen the process of academic knowledge sharing behavior of postgraduates.
