高校依托信息技术促进乡村振兴的有效路径研究

The Effective Path for Colleges to Promote Rural Revitalization by Relying on Information Technology

高校依托信息技术促进乡村振兴,有助于发挥信息化在乡村振兴中的驱动引领作用,并促进自身的高质量内涵式发展。通过运用信息技术赋能乡村公共服务、电子商务、产业升级等,高校在脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴方面作出重要贡献,但也存在同质化重复建设、实用型农村信息技术人才培训不足、未能将信息技术充分应用于基层治理等问题。高校应整体谋划,共建信息化助农平台,促进农业朝着数字化、智能化、绿色化方向转型升级;强化培训,助推农村基础设施和公共服务体系建设,培养高素质人才;推动党建和科技融合创新,提高乡村治理现代化水平,扎实推进共同富裕。

Colleges and universities rely on information technology to promote rural revitalization, which helps to play leading role of informationization in rural revitalization and promotes their own high-quality connotative development. By using the information technology to empower rural public services, e-commerce, industrial upgrading, etc., colleges and universities have made important contributions to poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.However, there are still some problems, such as homogenization and redundant construction, insufficient training of practical rural information technology talents, and failure to fully apply information technology to grassroots governance. Colleges and universities should plan as a whole, build an information-based platform to help agriculture development, and motivate the transformation and upgrading of agriculture to a digital, intelligent and green direction;promote the construction of rural infrastructure, public service system and train high-quality talents;boost the integration and innovation of party building and science and technology, improve the modernization level of rural governance, and solidly advance common prosperity.
