新时代高校体育专业培养体育产业创客路径探索

Approaches for for Physical Education Majors to Cultivate Sports Industry Makers

高校体育专业在培养体育产业创客过程中存在“政策衔接脱节、培养理念滞后、专业设置迟缓、方案调整滞后、师资队伍不优、资源配置不足、模式尚未形成”等问题,已经成为制约体育产业高质量发展的瓶颈。为了培养体育产业高质量发展所需要的体育产业创客人才,高校体育专业要在“理念、标准、专业、政策、方案、队伍、模式、改革、资源”等培养人才要素方面及时进行系统改革和建设,通过构建“专业教育+产业教育+创业教育”的培养体系,培养出具有“体育专业素质+体育产业素质+体育创业素质”的“三位一体”体育产业创客人才。高校体育专业要转变“按体育专业对应职业岗位”培养从业型人才模式,构建“依靠体育专业创造就业岗位”培养创创客型人才模式,为助推体育专业毕业生高质量就业创业和体育产业高质量发展提供新动能,发挥“创业带动就业”的倍增效应。

Building a “sports power” has become the long-term goal of basically realizing socialist modernization in 2035. The lack of innovative and entrepreneurialpersonnel engaged in sports industry has become a bottleneck restricting the high-quality development of the sports industry. In the process of cultivating sports industry talents in colleges and universities, there are some problems, such as disjointed policy connection, slow specialty setting, slow concept updating, lagging scheme adjustment, poor teaching staff, insufficient resource allocation, not-yet-formed model and so on. In order to cultivate creative and entrepreneurial talents needed by the high-quality development of sports industry, sports majors in universities should carry out systematic reform and construction in the aspects of “policies, concepts, majors, standards, teams, programs, resources, teaching and models” and other talent training elements in a timely manner, and build a “trinity” comprehensive talents training mode of “professional education + industrial education+entrepreneurial education”. They should transform from specialized training of “equal-post-employment” practitioners with professional qualities of sports into training of “creative-post-employment” creators with comprehensive qualities of “sports professional qualities + sports industry qualities + sports entrepreneurship qualities”. This new form can provide new kinetic energy for boosting the high-quality employment and entrepreneurship of sports graduates and the high-quality development of sports industry, and exert the multiplier effect of “entrepreneurship drives employment”.
