摘要
为调查秦皇岛市毛皮动物养殖场貉源沙门菌的携带情况以及菌株的致病性和耐药性,采用鉴定培养、革兰氏染色、生化鉴定、16S rDNA鉴定检测107份病料中沙门菌的携带情况,用小鼠致病性试验、毒力基因检测和KB纸片法分别研究分离的沙门菌的致病性和耐药性。结果显示,貉源沙门菌的分离率为12.15%(13/107);13株沙门菌均对小鼠有致病性,小鼠死亡率为20%~100%;spvr、hisj、spvb等共15种毒力基因均有检出,检出率为7.69%~69.23%,未检出毒力基因fima、ssec、ssel、inav;药敏试验结果显示,13株沙门菌分别对5~14种抗生素耐药,对土霉素、替米考星、磺胺二甲氧嘧啶、复方新诺明耐药率高达100%(13/13),对阿米卡星敏感率最高,为53.85%(7/13)。本研究为秦皇岛市沙门菌所致貉疾病的防治提供理论依据。
To investigate the infection situation of Salmonella in raccoon dogs on a fur animal farm in Qinhuangdao,and the pathogenicity and drug resistance of the isolated strains,107 samples collected were examined by using bacterial culture,Gram staining,biochemical reaction,and 16S rDNA identification.Subsequently,the pathogenicity and drug resistance of Salmonella isolates were studied by experimental infection in mice,virulence gene testing,and KB disk method.As a result,Salmonella strains were isolated from 13 samples(12.15%).These 13 Salmonella strains were all pathogenic to mice and the mortality rate of mice was 20%~100%.Total 15 virulence genes,including spvR,hisJ and spvB,were detected from these strains with the detection rate of 7.69%~69.23%.Other virulence genes,such as fi mA,sseC,sseL and inaV,were not detected.In addition,all of these Salmonella strains were resistant to 5-14 antibiotics including terramycin,tilmicosin,sulfamethoxine and compound neoforman and 7 strains were sensitive to amikacin.This study provided useful information on the prevention and treatment of Salmonella infection in raccoon dogs in Qinhuangdao.
