跨组织知识重组、迭代创新与产品研发效率

Cross-Organizational Knowledge Reorganization,Iterative Innovation and Product Development Efficiency

随着新一轮科技革命的冲击,新产品成为推动企业发展、激发企业活力的第一动力。基于吸收能力理论,以企业数字化成熟度为调节变量、迭代创新为中介变量,分析跨知识重组对产品研发效率的深层影响机制。通过对203家企业连续五个月的经验取样调查,研究发现:跨组织知识重组对产品研发效率具有显著提进作用,但该作用机制会随知识沉睡周期递增而下降;迭代创新在跨组织知识重组与产品研发效率之间的中介作用显著;企业数字化成熟度及其各维度均可正向显著调节,跨组织知识重组对产品研发效率的正效应。

With the impact of the new round of technological revolution,new products have become the first driving force to promote the development of enterprises and stimulate their vitality.This research is based on absorptive capacity theory,using enterprise digital maturity as a moderating variable and iterative innovation as an intermediary variable to analyze the deep impact mechanism of cross-knowledge reorganization on product R&D efficiency.A five-month continuous sampling survey of 203 companies found that:Cross-organizational knowledge reorganization has a significant effect on product R&D efficiency,but the mechanism of action will decrease as the knowledge dormancy cycle increases;Iterative innovation plays a significant mediating role in the relationship between cross-organizational knowledge recombination and product R&D efficiency;The digital maturity of the enterprise and its various dimensions can be positively adjusted,and the cross-organizational knowledge reorganization has a positive effect on the product R&D efficiency.
