In 2021,upholding the development idea of promoting the construction of “five counties” and striving to become the “first tier of regional development in Hunan-Jiangxi Border”,Shangli County highlights the key points,enhances the measures,pays close attention to the implementation,continues to promote the healthy development of the private economy,so that the private economy has played an important role in the enforcement of “six stabilities” and “six guarantees” initiative,and laid a solid foundation for the rapid and healthy development of China’s economy.In order to truly reflect the general situation of private economic development in Shangli County,this report is completed with scientific analysis and evaluation of the county’s private economic development trend by conducting solid research.The report provides a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the problems and shortcomings of the private economy in Shangli County,and puts forward targeted policy recommendations to provide reference for the high-quality development of the county’s private economy.
