犁刀式混合机搅拌主轴结构设计及临界转速计算

摘要 搅拌主轴的可靠性直接关系到犁刀混合机的可靠性,其结构设计及临界转速确定(横向振动问题),也是保证搅拌主轴可靠性的前提和关键。针对搅拌主轴的结构设计及临界转速计算问题,首先建立搅拌主轴受力分析模型,通过受力分析,利用极限计算法确定搅拌主轴的最小轴径,再通过理论及有限元法计算出搅拌主轴的临界转速并验证计算结果的准确性,计算方法及结果可为犁刀混合机搅拌主轴的设计提供参考和依据。 The reliability of the mixing spindle is directly related to the reliability of the plowshare mixer,and the reliability of the mixing spindle depends on its structural design and the determination of the critical speed( transverse vibration problem),which is also the premise and key to ensure the reliability of the mixing spindle. Aiming at the structural design and critical speed calculation of mixing spindle,firstly,the stress analysis model of mixing spindle is established. Through the stress analysis,the minimum shaft diameter of mixing spindle is determined by using the limit calculation method;then the critical speed of mixing spindle is calculated through theory and the finite element method,and the accuracy of calculation results is verified.The calculation method and results can provide reference and basis for the design of mixing spindle of plowshare mixer.
