摘要
以某1.6 L奥托循环发动机为基础,通过提高活塞压缩比、增大进气凸轮工作包角,并进行优化标定,将其改型设计为阿特金森循环发动机。试验测试表明,在外特性工况下,阿特金森循环发动机相对于原机动力性降低;但在部分负荷工况下,阿特金森循环发动机进气歧管压力有所提高,燃油消耗率降低了3.6%,能够改善发动机燃油耗费和NO_(X)排放。
Based on a 1.6L Otto cycle engine,the engine is designed as Atkinson cycle engine by increasing the piston compression ratio and inlet cam working envelope angle,and optimizing and calibrating the modified engine.The experimental results show that the Atkinson cycle engine is less powerful than the original engine under the full load characteristics;however,under the partial load condition,the intake manifold pressure of Atkinson cycle engine is increased,and the fuel consumption rate is reduced by 3.6%,which can improve the fuel economy and reduce the emission of NOX.
