变频改造技术在电解铝净化高压风机上应用的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 净化高压风机因电机恒速,系统调节压力和流量只能通过风机风门调节阀进行调节,存在风门处压力损失大,无效能耗高的问题。结合公司净化高压风机目前存在的问题,提出对净化高压风机变频技术的改造方案,通过对改造方案的分析及探讨,解决原系统工频启动程序的繁琐,实现变频技术的改造应用,使风机直接按最佳调速曲线运行,为风机实现低能耗运行提供技术支撑和参考。 The main function of purifying high-pressure fan is to extract the flue gas produced by electrolytic production and discharge it to the exhaust tower through the fan after purification treatment.Due to the constant speed of the motor,pressure and flow of the system can only be adjusted through the fan throttle control valve;and there are large pressure loss at the throttle and high ineffective energy consumption.Aiming at the existing problems of high pressure fan in the company,transformation scheme for the frequency conversion technology of the purification high pressure fan is put forward in this paper.Through analysis and discussion of the transformation scheme,it is shown that application of the frequency conversion technology reformation can solve the cumbersome power frequency startup procedure of the original system.It would provide technical support and reference for the energy saving target that the fan is operated directly according to the optimum speed regulation economic curve.
