摘要
在分析液压支架及底座结构特点的基础上,从底座的应力变化、结构位移变化等方面对底座的结构强度进行了有限元建模分析,发现底座的中间底面、前柱窝、后柱窝在使用时受到了较大的应力集现象,是整个结构的薄弱部位,极容易率先发生结构失效问题,由此从材料、结构、热处理、塑性铰等方面提出了底座的优化改进措施,为相关应用设计提供一定的参考和指导意义。
Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of the hydraulic support and base,the structural strength analysis and research of the base is carried out from the aspects of the stress change and structural displacement change of the base. It is concluded that the middle bottom surface,front column socket and rear column socket of the base are subject to large stress concentration during use,which is the weak part of the whole structure,and it is very easy to take the lead in structural failure,Therefore,the optimization and improvement measures of the base are put forward from the aspects of material,structure,heat treatment and plastic hinge. This research has certain practical guiding significance.
