煤矿井下人员及设备智能监控系统设计应用

摘要 结合煤矿事故预警和煤矿事故现场搜救中遇到的问题,针对煤矿井下人员和设备在监控方面存在的不足,从视频监控、信号传输、中心控制和远程监控等多个方面提出全方位解决方法,通过井下与地面之间的智能中心联网,实现地面监控人员对井下运行情况的实时在线监控,及时发现事故苗头,防患于未然。此在线监控系统提高了煤矿救援效率,使煤矿安全管理走向科学化、规范化和数字化,极大地提高了煤矿的安全管理水平。 In view of the problems of coal mine accident early warning and on-site search and rescue,as well as the deficiency in monitoring of the personnel and equipment in coal mine,an all-round solution is put forward from the aspects of video monitoring,signal transmission,central control and remote monitoring,etc. The intelligent center networking between the underground and the ground is realized,and real-time online monitoring of the underground operation by the ground monitoring personnel is also realized so as to timely detect the accident signs,nip in the bud. At the same time,the efficiency of coal mine rescue is improved,which makes the coal mine safety management become scientific,standardized and digital;and the level of coal mine safety management is effectively improved.
