一种方坯矫直机的优化设计与应用

摘要 针对方坯矫直机在目前使用过程中存在的结构缺陷,提出了对矫直机传动系统、润滑系统、冷却系统的改造方案。通过对矫直机减速箱传动与冷却、上下辊道润滑与冷却、机架冷却结构的改造,解决了传统矫直机减速箱齿轮打齿、辊道轴承抱死、机架变形等问题,使矫直机在线服役周期由10~12天提高到25~28天,大幅提高了矫直产量。 Aiming at the structural defects existing in the current use of billet straightener,the transformation scheme for transmission system,lubrication system and cooling system of the straightener is put forward.Through transformation of the reducer drive and cooling,lubrication and cooling of the upper and lower roller channel,and the frame cooling structure of the straightener,problems of the traditional straightener such as the reducer gear beating,roller bearing locking,and frame deformation,etc.are solved.Thus the online service cycle of the straightener is increased from 10-12 days to 25-28 days,and the straightening output is greatly increased.
